  • If you are stressed, anxious, or physically drained, an energy healing session can help you relax and feel more balanced. And if you're already feeling good, it's always possible to feel a little better.

    People attend healing sessions for a variety of reasons. Healing doesn’t always mean something is wrong or you are having a hard time.

    A healing session can be something you incorporate into your wellness routine and self-care practice. It is common that people attend a session and feel good, and within the session we can work on cultivating more of that feeling, build resilience, confidence and self-esteem. You don’t always have to wait until you feel your in a low period.

    You can say YES to a healing session because you are worth it and do it because you love and care for yourself always

  • A healing session will begin with having a conversation about what is happening for you, where you are at and what you would like to work on. Depending on what you need, we may spend time discussing anything that’s coming up for you, to allow you to feel heard and seen.

    Together we will move to the second part of a healing, which involves you lying down on the bed (in the room or at home if you are having an online session) with your eyes closed and ensuring you are comfortable. Jacinda will intuitively guide you through a reiki session, energy cleansing, or what ever comes up to support the removal of energy blocks, align your chakras, channel any messages that come through and support a soothing, loving and safe experience.

    During a session when energy is moving and releasing you may feel:

    • Heat or coolness

    • A tingling sensation

    • Relaxed and sleepy

    • Visions, messages and/or colours might come through

    • Your mind becomes clear and peaceful

    • Emotions can come to the surface (it’s safe to have a cry)

    • Clarity and past memories may come up that you are ready to let go of (nothing comes up that you are not ready to experience).

    • Waves of subtle energy gently moving through their body.

    • it is also completely common to “feel” nothing during the session, but still be left with a sense of deep relaxation, overall wellbeing and inner peace.

    What is important to remember is that Reiki works on all levels, so even though there might not be a physical sensation, the energy could be working on a deep emotional or spiritual level.

    Following the energy work, Jacinda will let you know when it’s time to open your eyes and we’ll finish by talking about your experience, what came up and any homework that might support you

    Women’s Circles offer deep healing on subtle and profound levels. Sometimes we don’t know what we’ve been holding onto until a sister lets go in front of us, inviting us to do the same, giving ourselves permission to become self-aware and present.

    Circle creates a safe space for women of all ages to share their lives and stories. They can freely express themselves, experience being seen and heard, and feel supported by a fully present community.

  • NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming.
    It is about understanding and changing how our brain stores and codes information. If we can change the way we perceive things or store things in our minds, we can change our emotions, self talk, negative patterns and much more.

    It relates thoughts, language, and patterns of behaviour learned through experience to specific outcomes.

    NLP is a chance to reprogram what we have been conditioned into through your life, the things that hold you back, consciously and unconsciously.

    With NLP we realise, release and positively re-program old behaviours, limiting beliefs and societal conditions that are not yours and do not serve you.

    NLP can be a great tool for depression, anxiety, stress and many other mental health factors, as well as being useful for creating positive change, rerouting your life and forging a new path for yourself.
